Danielle R. Stroud, Esq.

Danielle Stroud grew up in Orange County, CA and earned a B.A. in Government at the University of Redlands, while competing as a NCAA swimmer and water polo player. She began law school at the University of San Diego and earned her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent, College of Law. Pursuing her passion for serving others, she began her legal career as a San Diego prosecutor, focusing much of her work over the next seven years on the quality-of-life crime affecting our local community. Her legal experience also includes the practice of securities, antitrust and consumer protection class action litigation.

Prior to joining Barger and Battiest Law, Danielle co-founded Cannavino & Stroud, APC in 2018, an estate planning practice where she continued to help individuals and families by planning for their futures and providing support during the most difficult times.

Danielle lives with her husband and three young children in Point Loma, where she’s an active member of the Thursday Club Juniors, a local women’s non-profit organization that partners with established local philanthropies. She and her daughter are also members of MADCAPS, an organization comprised of mothers and daughters who are committed to serving the community and leadership development. Danielle is a member of the California State Bar Association and Wealth Counsel.

She loves to spend time cheering on her daughter and sons, traveling with family and friends and competing in tennis.
